At GNMEE, your beauty and satisfaction are our priority. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines for returns and refunds.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The product seal must be intact
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Tested skincare or beauty items
Personal care items (lip products, creams, serums, etc.)
Gift cards or promotional items
Final sale or clearance products
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing:
If your refund is delayed:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Then contact your bank
🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include your order number
Provide clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
